We had spoken with Nicole about selling for the last two years. She was always knowledgeable and prepared, but also not pushy about it. She would keep us updated on the current market, let us know what new developments were and kept up with our needs so when the time came, she was ready and up to speed since she had put in the time keeping us on the same page over almost two years.

Nicole's number one quality is that she made my wife and I feel like we were her only client. We know this not to be true, but because she was always within minutes of responding we felt like we were not missing any opportunities in this crazy market. I can not recommend Nicole McNabb enough! My fiancé (now husband) and I were hesitant to start the home buying process-him out of fear that it would be too expensive and me simply because of everything else we had going on at the time. When I saw a Facebook ad that Nicole posted for a happy hour event to learn more about the process, I somehow convinced him to go and we realized just how much we had been throwing away on rent. Nicole was nothing but approachable and invited us in to her office to talk more about what we were looking for and go through the entire process with us. She was wonderful throughout everything, and when we started to get disappointed that we might not find something before our lease was up, it was apparent that she took extra time to find listings for us, accompanied us to viewings, and helped us really consider what was important and a good fit for us. She made herself easily available, is local and knowledgeable about the northern Virginia area, and is very personable! It is clear she really cares about her clients (which you will see by the various client appreciation events and other things she takes part in). We definitely plan to connect with her again the next time we are selling/buying!

Can I just say wow! Nicole McNabb from day 1 her and I were on the same page and she understood what I wanted/was looking for in a home. She always kept in constant communication through call, text, and email making it very easy to get a hold of her and she would always respond within the hour. We went to many showing and as a first time home buyer she was always very honest about the costs that I would need to put into each Home aiding in knowing what I could and couldn't afford. I was new moving to VIrginia so I still didn't know areas/communities/ traffic. As a local she really knew a lot about where to live and gave me a lot of pointers and tips, especially for being a young single female that would be living on their own, in what to look for in a neighborhood. She helped me narrow down cities that I liked and locations that provided my needs and wants leading to my perfect home. The process took 5 months and after falling in love with a previous place, and that deal falling through, she was always positive. She kept my from settling and helped me have faith in the process that the right Home will show up. It did and I'm so grateful to her for keeping me going. When it came to the closing process there were a lot of hiccups with my processor but she stayed calm and kept me from freaking out with all the issues that kept arising. She kept assuring me that we would close on time and we did. Her communication was on point for the whole process and she was so helpful. Lastly I want to say how respectful and caring she is. As a younger buyer (younger than 30) I was looked over a lot by people thinking I wasn't a reputable buyer/ that I didn't know what I wanted. When Nicole found out my age, she was pleased to have a young client who was ready to buy a home. She took me seriously and treated me like an other first time home buyer by walking me through the process and if I didn't understand something she always took the time explain it in detail and point me to references if I wanted to dig further. Overall Nicole was an amazing realtor through the whole process and kept me on track to close in my timeframe.

Nicole was referred by USAA, and I'm so glad I decided to work with her. She was quick to answer all my questions, and she was very knowledgeable about the home-buying process. She helped me find a property that was the perfect fit for me, and we were able to close in about three weeks. In addition to making everything work quickly and smoothly, she got a seller subsidy for a new washer and dryer, and I even got into my new place with immediate equity due to a lower sales price offer with a higher appraisal value.
